Yes, we do! Our palms are sourced from local women who have our environment and community at heart. However, there are products that are palm free that you can check out.

Abiacq does not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.

Surely, all products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website or label when received.

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat

No, apart from Abiacq’s website (www.abiacq.com), you can also purchase on Facebook @abiacqcosmetics, Instagram @abiacqcosmetics and some selected shops and sales points

Abiacq sends items to all regions via FedEx, DHL, Post Office, O.A. Transport, VIP, Metro Mass Transit and other local stations and DHL for all international packages.

Please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on delivery location.

GH¢10 within Accra, GH¢20 charges to all regions within Ghana. Free shipping on orders over 400 cedis

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, TIGO, VODAFONE), also, payments through debit or credit card.

The processing time for orders is 24 hours. Delivery time within Accra is 1- 12 hours, Outside Accra takes 24 hours to be delivered and 14-30 business days internationally.

Please keep in mind that during holidays, it can affect delivery times.

This depends on the stage the order process has reached. There is no guarantee for changes once an order process has been started. However, you can send an email or give a call immediately a problem has been identified (for International shipping).

Yes, an order can be cancelled when payment has not been made.

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

If you’re within Accra, we recommend you check items immediately upon receipt. If you’re outside Accra or Ghana, Please contact us via our Whatsapp number (0208526738) or via email.

However, in the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email or text message.

Please Whatsapp us on 0208526738 or visit our website www.abiacq.com immediately to enable us take quick steps to correct it. Kindly provide order number along with a photo of the incorrect item(s) for reference.

You will only be charged for what you purchased. If mistakenly you duplicate charges, kindly allow a few days for rectification. If this persists and you are positive you have been double charged, kindly send an email to abiacq.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at abiacq.com with your inquiry.

Kindly contact or send an email immediately upon realization. Kindly confirm your delivery address before placing an order, Abiacq will not be liable for orders sent to the wrong delivery address provided by the customer.

All international packages are shipped via DHL

NOTE: Items shipped outside Ghana may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed.

Abiacq is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from Ghana.
